Car rental
Car rental companies are located in the arrivals hall level 2. The procedure for returning your car will take 10 minutes maximum, follow the access road to Brussels Airport direction Front Park 1.
Taxis

Buses
The bus station is located at level 0 and provides bus services to many cities around Brussels Airport. For more information you can contact:

Trains
The train station is located at Brussels Airport at level -1. The Brussels Airport Express takes you up to four times an hour to Brussels. Passengers with reduced mobility
Passengers with reduced mobility are entitled to receive assistance free of charge upon arrival or departure provided that they have notified their needs at the moment of their reservations at least 48 hours in advance. Calling devices are installed at several drop-off points where the passenger needing assistance can notify his/her arrival.

Communication
Wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the airport buildings. Wi-fi access cards can be purchased at the Communication Center, in the arrivals hall.
Lost, found and refused objects in the terminal
For objects lost or found in the terminal, please refer to the Lost & Found desk in the arrivals hall – level 2. Objects refused or kept at the security control, can be returned under strict conditions and after payment of an administrative fee. For more information, tel. +32 (0)2 753 68 20, Monday to Friday from 8am till 4.15pm.

Arriving baggage
Brussels Airlines sees to it that your baggage is made available as quickly as possible on the baggage carousel in the baggage hall. Information screens indicate the carousel for each incoming flight. The Brussels Airlines’ desk is located in the baggage reclaim hall, tel. +32 (0)2 723 30 52.
ATM (Cash machines)
ATM machines are available in the arrivals hall (level 2), on level 4 next to the Brussels Café and in Concourse A next to the post office.
