Toulouse Short Film Festival
Toulouse’s festival, also known as Séquence Court Métrage, attracts 300 entrants each year. Films must be fictional and run for 30 minutes or less, but other than that anything goes. This year’s festival also features the event’s first ever online award.

Copenhagen Oliver!
Lionel Bart’s much-loved adaptation of Charles Dickens’ novel is being staged at Tivoli Concert Hall, directed by Mikael Melbye. The musical got 23 curtain calls on its opening night in 1960, which Bart missed because he was too nervous to watch the performance.

This show at the Museum of Cycladic Art includes 58 paintings from many of Spain’s major museums and deals exclusively with the artist’s Spanish period. There are several paintings by El Greco himself, as well as work by his son, pupils and the workshop.
